1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

4. KYC & Identity Verification

w3999 operates Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorism financing ("CTF") standards. You may be required to provide the following documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any time during your use of the Platform:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• A selfie or live photograph for identity confirmation;
• For transactions above specified thresholds, proof of source of funds may be required.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum deposit amounts vary by method; the standard minimum is Rs 200 for mobile wallet deposits. 5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. 5.3 Restrictions

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

9. Intellectual Property

All content on w3999, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof ("Content"), is the property of w3999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of w3999.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w3999 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or server downtime;
